Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has instructed the Shaikh Zayed Housing Programme to speed the delivery of houses to judges and give them priority to improve their living conditions. In a statement read by Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Public Works and chairman of the housing programme, a number of residential villas have been handed over to their owners categorised as widows, orphans and teachers, following Shaikh Mohammad's earlier directives.
