DPG Becomes Member of UN Global Compact

DUBAI —   Dubai Properties Group (DPG), a member of Dubai Holding  announced it has become a member of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), an initiative that encourages businesses worldwide to adopt sustainable and socially responsible policies.

With the UNGC membership, Dubai Properties Group joins an elite list of over 5,500 business participants and other stakeholders from more than 130 countries.  Launched in July 2000, the UN Global Compact acts as a policy platform and a practical framework for companies throughout the world and provides a leadership initiative endorsed by chief executives. Etisalat Debuts Collect Call Service

ABU DHABI — Etisalat on Sunday launched a ‘Collect Call’ service that will make it easier for customers to connect with friends and family with calls charged to the call receiver. The service can be used when it is simply preferable for the receiver to pay for the call, according to a Press statement.

The new service has been designed so that callers can make direct voice contact with Etisalat customers anywhere in UAE when they need it most, without being charged for the call. All Etisalat customers are automatically enabled to utilise this service without any extra charge, subscription process or fee and facilitates any mobile device to use this service.business@khaleejtimes.com
